Production Optimization System

Gas lift is the most forgiving form of artificial lift, but hard to optimize. Insufficient data makes it difficult to accurately assess well performance. Multi-phase flow models are hard to correlate. Planning cycle time and intervention costs to change downhole valves and orifices limit the ability to make all necessary optimization adjustments. The end result? Wells are in a continually under optimized state.

Ensuring gas lifted wells are continuously optimized can yield more than 40 percent production uplift for dual strings and 20 percent for single strings.
