DIAL’s design eliminates gas-charged bellows. There is no need for valve set-up prior to installation. Less dependency on prior knowledge of flowing pressure and temperature gradients means less uncertainty in gas lift well design.
DIAL’s valves are not sensitive to downhole conditions, so there is no need to design in a pressure differential at each unloading station to avoid multi pointing and valve chatter.
On board pressure, temperature and condition monitoring is available at all injection points in the completion string. As a result, DIAL wells are less prone to instability.
In operation, continuous gradient data allows more informed decisions to determine the deepest possible injection point. This data enables quicker decisions to achieve production optimization in single string, dual string, in-situ and highly deviated wells.
